We have packaged The Guardian CD - ID™ in a kit. Each kit contains 1 full-sized CD containing the program software with instruction book; 2 blank, credit card-sized CDs (all with our logo silk screened on them); 1 USB flash drive with 128 megabytes space; an inkless fingerprint pad, good for about 2,000 uses, and a DNA sample kit. The DNA kit includes sample swabs and complete instructions for taking and storing the samples. DNA sample kits alone sell on the internet for the price of our entire kit. There is even a printable fingerprint template in the instruction book used to make copies and the software is designed to be compatible with digital fingerprint formats. Instructions are included to help you easily convert your hard-copy fingerprints to digital format without the expense of fingerprint scanners or digital cameras.
The 128 meg flash drive will work immediately in virtually all Police Cruiser notebook computers. This allows the information for your child to be instantly broadcast to dispatch.
Each disc and the flash drive is password protected. The password is unique to each child and known only to the parent.
The Guardian CD - ID™, Inc. does not retain any sensitive information, because you can generate your CDs in the safety of your own home.
We feel that we have developed a great product that is as advanced and top-of-the-line as any other system on the market today and is very price-conscious. The final product is configured in such a way that if a disc were lost, anyone finding it could not open it. The label gives no clue to what the disc contains. It looks like an advertisement of some sort, and not worth the effort to get into. The protection and wellbeing of the child is of the utmost priority to us.
